I was honored to participate in this large project from the very beginning of selecting the lot & breaking ground. The goal of the construction was to create a modern, open space with high ceilings and contemporary finishes but a space that was also warm, inviting and cozy. The home needed to accommodate large groups but also be intimate for smaller gatherings and family time.

The kitchen, with its many custom features, is at the apex of the main floor, open to the dining room and living room. The dining room, with a 20-foot rock wall, and one of a kind art, can feel intimate for 10 and gracious for large gatherings.

Curved walls, a unique mosaic for a guest bath, pinwheel glass tile in the pool bath, Jerusalem stone in the master and a custom kitchen backsplash are just a few of the unique finishes we selected for the updated home.

This family has roots in Israel, is very well traveled and has collected many beautiful artifacts and souvenirs that are featured prominently throughout the house. This construction project allowed us to find the perfect place for many of these special treasures.

Each room of their home holds special memories and stories as we created each area with special touches specific to this family.
